Mr. Zeyad Tariq Al-Mukhaizeem holds the position of Vice-Chairman and CEO of Cap Corp Investment Company. He holds a professional career in various investment and banking sectors. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors in many companies, institutions, banks, and several companies, funds and committees inside and outside the State of Kuwait. Mr. Zeyad obtained a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the United States and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Al-Shaya has more than 22 years of successful track record and experience in the fields of investment and portfolio management. Previously, He held the position of Al Raed Fund Manager, which is one of the largest investment funds in Kuwait and the Gulf region. That Al-Shaya also served as a Senior Manager of Local and Regional Investments in the Kuwait Investment Company.
Fatma holds a distinguished experience in customer relations, operations, settlements, and investment custody/trust with more than 22 years of experience. Previously, she was the Senior Manager of Customer Relations and Settlements Department at Kuwait Investment Company, whereby she was responsible for all operations and reporting for a wide range of investment products and services for all major asset classes including equity, real estate, private equity, hedge fund management, portfolios, and equity services.
Mr. Al Bader has more than 15 years’ experience in Kuwait, GCC and international real estate markets with Asset Under Management more than $1 billion, starting from developing investments and funds/portfolios structures, acquiring real estate investments to implementing exit strategies of all investments. After receiving his bachelor degree in Accounting. Mr. Al Bader started his career at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) in 2007 in the International Real Estate Department and subsequently moved to KFH Real Estate Company in 2015. Mr. Al Bader Joined Dimah Capital heading UK and Europe Acquisitions and has held several Committee positions in real estate and investment companies.
