Board of Directors

The Board of Directors bears full responsibility for developing the Company’s strategic objectives, the risk strategy, and the governance standards, as well as the responsibility for their application and supervision.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall direction, supervision, and control of the company, including but not limited to the following:

• Strategic objectives of the company
• Protecting the interest of shareholders, and clients in terms of maximization of wealth & profits
• Strengthening company’s competitive abilities and achieving high growth rates
• Compliance with statutory laws and regulations, and maintenance of internal, financial, accounting and reporting controls
